Which Swimming Belt is Suitable for Me:
Adult Size: 10x13x40 cm, suitable for ages 12 and above. Waist circumference: 118 cm. (170 g)
Child Size: 10x13x25 cm, suitable for ages 3-6. Waist circumference: 95 cm. (102 g)
Prepare Your Belt:
1- Make sure your swimming belt is properly unfolded and the connection points are secure.
2- Identify the Correct Side: Determine the front and back of the belt. Usually, the wider and more supportive side should be placed against your waist.
3- Position on Your Waist: Bring the center of the belt to your waist and wrap the ends around your body.
4- Fasten: Connect the fastening ends at the front, attach the belt buckles, and adjust the belt to your waist by pulling the loose end.
5- Check the Tightness: Check the tightness of the belt. It should not be too tight but should be secure enough not to slip in the water.
6- Final Checks: After wearing the belt, check your movements. Make sure the belt is properly adjusted and does not restrict your swimming movements. If you feel any discomfort, readjust your belt.
7- All parts must be properly attached. Enjoy your swim!
